Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your order, but if something doesn’t fit quite right — we’ve got you covered.

We do not offer refunds.
However, you can exchange your item for a different size or model of the same value.

What can be exchanged: bras can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.

What cannot be exchanged: panties and bottom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
