2. How do I care for my lingerie?

Our lingerie is crafted from recycled polyester and certified organic cotton, chosen for their premium feel and lower environmental impact.
To maintain quality and longevity:

  • Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water

  • Use mild, eco-friendly detergent

  • Do not bleach or tumble dry

  • Lay flat to dry

Caring for your pieces this way helps preserve their softness — and respects the fabric’s integrity.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the Czech Republic. We’re working on expanding — stay connected through our newsletter for updates.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 7–10 business days. Standard delivery within the Czech Republic takes 2–4 business days.
Thank you for your patience — we’re a small brand, and your order is carefully prepared with intention.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged. Bras can be exchanged for a different size or model of the same value.
We do not offer refunds at this time.

Yes. We use recycled polyester and certified organic cotton — fabrics that are better for your skin and the planet.
We produce in small batches and believe in conscious luxury.

9. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Every order is beautifully packed, and we offer the option to include a handwritten card. Just leave a note at checkout.
